ITEC Exam Papers

Whichever one of the ITEC exam papers you are preparing for, whether it is for Anatomy & Physiology ITEC exam papers or Diet & Nutrition ITEC exam papers, it is essential to have a good selection of revision questions while you are studying.  Not only does this better prepare you for the exam but it also provides you with a better understanding of the ITEC exam papers and what to expect.

Each of the ITEC exam papers are made of up 50 multiple choice questions.  Each question has 4 possible answers and you must choose only one.  The pass rate on each of the ITEC exam papers is normally 60% which means that you MUST get 30 correct answers in order to just pass the ITEC exam papers.  The complete marking system on the ITEC exam papers is as follows:

Pass – 60-74%

Merit – 75-89%

Distinction – 90-100%

If you were aiming for a distinction in your ITEC exam papers, you would need to get at least 45 questions correct out of 50.  That is a big asking, especially on the more difficult subjects like Anatomy & Physiology.  As you can see ITEC exam papers can be very difficult to pass, so you now understand the importance of having a batch of sample questions that you can use thoughout your studies.

As the ITEC exam papers consist entirely of multiple choice questions, it is important to understand that there is no room for error.  You have to get each question right, first time.  To best way to prepare for your ITEC exam papers is to test yourself consistently throughout the term.  So, still using Anatomy & Physiology as an example, I would work out my study plan as follows;

After each class, take a selection of revision questions on the topics that you covered in class and learn them over and over again until your next class.  This is how you become familiar with the layout of the ITEC exam papers.  For e.g. on Tuesday evening you learned the components of a cell and the stages of mitosis.  Write out the relevant questions on a piece of paper and learn these until the following Tuesday evening.  Record cards are great to use for this, just write your questions down and take these cards around with you for the week.  You can take them out during your commute to and from work, on your lunch breaks or if you are stuck in queues.  If you do this consistently after each class, you will be amazed at how quickly you can learn.  This will prepare you for any ITEC exam papers that you have to take.

Another great way to prepare for your ITEC exam papers is to use online video tutorials.  These can be repeated over and over again until you get 100% in each exam.  At the end of each tutorial you will be given your score and told which questions you got wrong or right.  Again, the online quizzes and tutorials go along way in helping you to prepare for your ITEC Exam Papers.

Guarantee success on your ITEC Exam Papers

Because most subjects within ITEC include a practical exam as well as a theory exam (and don’t forget the dreaded case studies!), it is so important to be fully prepared for your ITEC Exam Papers.  When I was studying for my Anatomy & Physiology exams, I used 2 products.  One product had 1,160 multiple choice questions which I found to be an invaluable tool for my ITEC exam papers.  The second product included dozens of quizzes on each of the body’s systems including:

  • True/False Quizzes
  • Multiple Choice Questions
  • Short Answer Quizzes
  • Crossword puzzles
  • Word Search puzzles
  • Matching Quizzes
  • Sequence Quizzes
  • 8 Mock Exam Papers consisting of 50 questions each

And what I found even better was, not only were the quizzes on a PDF document that I could print off but there were also 212 online tutorials that I could complete.  I can highly recommend these resources for anyone preparing for their ITEC exam papers.

Passing your ITEC Exam Papers

When you start your course, the amount of work involved can be extremely overwhelming.  That is why you should use as many revision resources as you can, test yourself constantly and use the multiple choice questions and quizzes.  If you do this, passing your ITEC Exam Papers may not be as difficult as it first appears.
